Offer you appointments that fit in with your life - i.e. we offer appointments 7 days a week including evenings.

We do this by only allowing well trained psychological therapists in CBT/EMDR to work at CBT Cardiff.
We will always ensure to keep your personal information safe and confidential.
We will provide you with therapy in a professional, modern, comfortable, clean environment.

We will not waste your time if we are unable to help you and where possible, point you to the suitable services.
