A breakthrough treatment for trauma and PTSD.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a NICE recommended, evidence-based therapy that has transformed the lives of people suffering from PTSD, trauma, and distressing memories. Unlike traditional talking therapies, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, typically eye movements to help the brain process and integrate traumatic memories into long term memory, where they should be stored..

Many clients report significant relief within about four sessions. EMDR is particularly effective for single incident trauma (such as accidents, sudden loss of a loved one or assaults) but is also used successfully for complex, childhood, and developmental trauma.
